How do I buy a gift certificate?
Give the gift of a Kampai experience to your family and friends. Gift certificates are available for purchase in-person or over the phone. Is your loved one located out of the area? We can mail their gift certificate directly to their home.
How can I make a reservation?
Call us at (607) 798-7521 to book your reservation. You can even call outside of our opening hours and leave a message at any time. A hostess will call you back to confirm your reservation
Are reservations required?
Reservations are not required but strongly recommended, especially on weekends.
How many people can be seated at a hibachi table?
Our hibachi tables seat 10-14 people. If your party is larger, we may seat you at two tables facing each other so you can enjoy the night together.
We’re celebrating. What do you offer for special occasions?
We offer a celebration cake and photo package. The photo will be printed and put into a Kampai frame with well wishes written in Japanese. The cake is vanilla with vanilla frosting. Celebrating a birthday? Request to have the birthday person’s name put up on our sign (complimentary) when you reserve. The sign can fill up fast – so first come, first served. Must request upon making your reservation.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. We can accommodate gluten free, peanut allergy, shellfish allergy, vegan, etc. Please let your server know about your dietary restriction when you order so we can plan accordingly.
Do you offer take out?
Yes. We offer take out from all three of our kitchens – sushi, hibachi, and traditional. You can call us at (607) 798-7521 to place your order. Pre-orders are also accepted. Take out orders may be closed during certain busy hours.
